Metal je moj omiljeni materijal — u njemu prepoznajem snagu, zaštitu i oruđe. Njegova čvrstina kroz moj rad postaje organska, pokretna i gotovo živa. Metal is my favourite material — in it I recognise strength, protection and instrument. Its firmness becomes, through my work, organic, moving and almost alive.
Skulptura za mene počinje u prostoru. Tek kada zauzme svoje mesto, ona zaista postaje delo. Kroz metal, konstrukciju, ponavljanje elemenata i ritam forme istražujem odnos između materijalnog i nematerijalnog. Zanima me trenutak u kojem čvrst materijal počinje da deluje kao nešto živo. For me, sculpture begins in space. Only when it takes its place does it truly become a work. Through metal, construction, repetition of elements and rhythm of form, I explore the relationship between the material and the immaterial. I'm interested in the moment when a solid material begins to feel alive.
